Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe

Whiskey Sour is a classic whiskey-based cocktail with a citrus profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 60 ml bourbon
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 15 ml egg white or aquafaba

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass while you prepare the drink.
2. Add every measured ingredient to a shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
