Penicillin Cocktail Recipe

Penicillin is a classic whiskey-based cocktail with a citrus profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 50 ml blended Scotch
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml honey-ginger syrup
• 10 ml smoky Scotch

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass while you prepare the drink.
2. Add every measured ingredient to a shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
4. Fine-strain into the glass and finish with the garnish.
