Sidecar Cocktail Recipe

Sidecar is a classic brandy-based cocktail with a citrus profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 50 ml cognac
• 25 ml triple sec
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass while you prepare the drink.
2. Add every measured ingredient to a shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
4. Fine-strain into the glass and finish with the garnish.
