Boulevardier Cocktail Recipe

Boulevardier is a classic whiskey-based cocktail with a bitter profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 45 ml bourbon
• 30 ml Campari
• 30 ml sweet vermouth

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass and fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add every measured ingredient to the mixing glass.
3. Stir smoothly for 20–25 seconds until cold and properly diluted.
4. Strain into the glass and express or add the garnish.
