Paper Plane Cocktail Recipe

Paper Plane is a classic whiskey-based cocktail with a bitter profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml bourbon
• 22.5 ml Aperol
• 22.5 ml Amaro Nonino
• 22.5 ml lemon juice

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass while you prepare the drink.
2. Add every measured ingredient to a shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
4. Fine-strain into the glass and finish with the garnish.
