Sazerac Cocktail Recipe
Sazerac is a classic whiskey-based cocktail with a spirit forward profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.
Ingredients
- 60 ml rye whiskey
- 7.5 ml simple syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- Absinthe rinse
How to make it
- Chill the serving glass and fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add every measured ingredient to the mixing glass.
- Stir smoothly for 20–25 seconds until cold and properly diluted.
- Strain into the glass and express or add the garnish.
