Full Recipe

• 50 ml (1.75 oz) Premium White Rum
• 30 ml (1 oz) Coconut Milk (for a smooth texture)
• 20 ml (0.75) Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice
• 10 ml (0.30 oz) Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)

Garnish

Edible silver dust or a coconut cube skewered on a silver toothpick.

Preparation Steps

1. Fill your serving glass with ice and chill it beforehand.
2. Add the white rum and coconut milk to the shaker first.
3. After adding the pineapple juice and sugar syrup, fill the shaker to the top with ice.
4. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted (Hard Shake).
5. Empty the ice from your serving glass and strain the drink into the glass using a double strainer.
6. Sprinkle a pinch of silver dust on top and serve.

Bartender's Secret

To ensure the coconut milk is smooth, shake all ingredients with ice for at least 15 seconds using a “Hard Shake” technique, and always use a double strain before pouring into the glass.
