Singapore Sling Cocktail Recipe

Singapore Sling is a classic gin-based cocktail with a tropical profile. This Glugtail reference includes the standard ratio, method and serve.

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 15 ml cherry liqueur
• 7.5 ml Cointreau
• 7.5 ml Bénédictine
• 60 ml pineapple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• Grenadine and bitters

How to make it

1. Chill the serving glass while you prepare the drink.
2. Add every measured ingredient to a shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
4. Fine-strain into the glass and finish with the garnish.
